With nearly 25 years experience in healthcare technology, Mr. Rose is a serial healthcare IT entrepreneur, focused on launching disruptive products that drive digital health innovation and value-based care outcomes. Mr. Rose’s career includes leading data-driven product development, corporate strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, technology implementation, and solution portfolio commercialization.

Amongst Mr. Rose’s most recent experience at Inovalon over the past decade, he served as a senior executive supporting the Company from start-up through IPO. As Executive Vice President and Chief Strategic Development Officer, Mr. Rose led development for several blockbuster products at Inovalon and marketed expansion of the Company’s technology presence across the healthcare marketplace. Mr. Rose’s deep experience includes solution development and implementation for managed care, providers and government. Prior work experience includes Cerner, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Inspiris and Ardent Health Services.

Mr. Rose earned his Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) degree from The George Washington University School of Business. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Radford University.

Mrs. Alexander joined PharmMD in 2011 and has more than 20 years of healthcare expertise focusing on product strategy and leads the Company’s technology-enabled clinical services delivery nationwide. Mrs. Alexander was previously responsible for quality, Star Ratings, regulatory compliance, and accreditation activities for the Sterling Life Insurance’s Windsor Health Plan. Mrs. Alexander’s previous experience includes oversight of regulatory compliance and Joint Commission quality metrics for St. Thomas of Nashville, a multi-hospital system.

Mrs. Alexander holds a BS in Nursing and a MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Mrs. Alexander is a former Baldrige Award surveyor, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through NCQA, and currently sits on the advisory board for NCQA SNP surveys.

Since 2007, Mr. Berry has overseen PharmMD’s health and growth as PharmMD’s Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his role with PharmMD, Mr. Berry is a partner with the CPA firm of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC. Prior to joining PharmMD, Mr. Berry served as CFO for Home Healthcare Laboratory of America, Inc., Controller for Gordian Health Solutions, Inc., and as Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Mr. Berry was honored in 2011 & 2012 as a Nashville Business Journal “Power Leader in Accounting.” He serves on boards for Park Center and Belmont University and previously served boards for Buddies of Nashville and Franklin Road Academy.

Mr. Berry currently serves on the healthcare committee of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accounts and recently earned his accreditation for business valuations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has an MBA and a BS in Finance from the University of Tennessee.

Mr. Holdcroft joined PharmMD in 2013, bringing over a decade of operational, consulting, and business development experience for the healthcare technology industry. Mr. Holdcroft’s leadership at PharmMD includes business development, strategic partnerships and product strategy.

Mr. Holdcroft came to PharmMD following multiple successes with AIM Healthcare (now a part of Optum, a United Health Group, Inc. company), rising to National Director as it expanded into new markets. Mr. Holdcroft was a key player in Optum’s growth strategy representing solutions for both providers, managed care and government entities.

Actively involved in the community, Mr. Holdcroft currently serves on the Board of Directors at BrightStone, Inc., and as a Stephen Minister. Mr. Holdcroft holds a BA in Psychology from the Miami University and a MA in Counseling from The University of Toledo.

Mr. Garrett’s legal background spans a range of disciplines including contract negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and financial analysis. Managing large-scale, multi-personnel projects, business financials, risk management for C-Corporations and LLCs, in addition to business strategy and corporate compliance.

Mr. Garrett has worked on legal teams with the Walmart Corporation, Bassett Law Firm, and LogoGarden.com.

Mr. Garrett is a graduate from the University of Arkansas, School of Law, where he had a number of accomplishments both inside and outside the classroom. Prior to attending law school J.R. graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors in Philosophy. While at Arkansas State University he was a two-sport varsity letterman in both Football and Track. J.R. received a Masters in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University with a concentration in Finance.

Mr. Presley currently serves as the Vice President of Data & Business Analytics at PharmMD leading a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, product specialists and client account managers.

Mr. Presley previously worked at Anthem Blue Cross where he received the New York Presidents’ Award and participated in their Emerging Leader Program. He was a two-term Lecturer at Columbia University, and has co-authored work published in the Journal of Biomedical Informatics. Mr. Presley holds a BA in Economics from Washington & Lee University, a Master’s in Public Health from Columbia University and a Master’s in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University.

He is a board member with Friends Life Community and the Center for Living and Learning. Previously, Mr. Presley served on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Middle TN and is the past Alumni Chair for Montgomery Bell Academy’s Annual Fund giving campaign.

Mr. Sherrard currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management at PharmMD bringing 10 years of healthcare experience in product operations. Mr. Sherrard is responsible for ensuring execution of the Company’s corporate strategy through a Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) methodology.

Previously, Mr. Sherrard served at the Director of Product Management at eviCore Healthcare and at Humana as a manager within their Senior Products Department.

Mr. Sherrard received an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and holds a BA in English from the University of the South, Sewanee. Mr. Sherrard is actively involved with Montgomery Bell Academy’s Alumni Board and has served as the class Chair for the Annual Fund giving campaign. Mr. Sherrard has also served with the Board of Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, working primarily as a fundraiser and classroom teacher.

Previously at Aegis Sciences Corporation, a rapidly growing forensic toxicology laboratory in the healthcare industry, Ms. Howard joined the leadership team responsible overseeing the entire Human Resource department with direct oversight of Recruitment, Benefits, Policy and Procedure Administration and Compliance, HRIS Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations with a keen focus on Employee Engagement and culture enhancements.

Ms. Howard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern Indiana and a Masters in Human Resources degree from Lipscomb University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification and is a member of Middle Tennessee Society of Human Resource Management (MTSHRM) and National Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Prior to joining Riverside, Mr. Goodman was a Corporate Vice President at Intuit and President of Intuit Distribution Management Solutions, an enterprise software provider that services electrical, plumbing and distribution industries. Before that, he had several executive-level positions at General Electric and Saint-Gobain. Mr. Goodman holds two U.S. patents for electro-mechanical devices. Additionally, he is a trained Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Founded in 1996, Clayton Associates serves as an investment management company primarily focused on the early stage investment cycle in the healthcare and technology industries. Clayton Associates has managed five venture capital funds, which has invested over $150 million in over 80 operating companies in the Southeast.

Prior to Clayton Associates, Mr. McWhorter was part of the founding management team of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation where he served as Vice President of Managed Care and Vice President of Development. Prior to OrthoLink, Mr. McWhorter served in various management positions with Tenet Healthcare-owned Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham, AL.

Mr. McWhorter has also served as adjunct professor at Belmont University teaching healthcare and entrepreneurship.

Mr. Bartholomew co-founded PharmMD in Nashville, TN with Clayton McWhorter, a healthcare pioneer and successful private equity firm entrepreneur. Prior to PharmMD, Mr. Bartholomew incubated a health advocacy firm as well as a telemedicine physician access company. Prior to that, he spent four years with HCA’s Executive Development program where he helped build one of HCA’s newest hospitals and assisted in the management of Centennial Medical Center.

Mr. Bartholomew is an active member of the Nashville Healthcare Council and he is former Chair of Leadership Healthcare, a professional organization that provides leadership training for healthcare executives. Mr. Bartholomew serves on the Board for Tennessee Red Cross; Tennessee Center for Bioethics and Culture; Minnie Pearl Cancer Foundation, and Freedom In Creation among others.

Charles N. “Chip” Kahn III is President of the Federation of American Hospitals, the national advocacy organization for investor-owned hospitals and health systems. He has held this position since 2001.

Prior to the Federation, Mr. Kahn was one of the leaders in the health insurance industry serving as Executive Vice President and President of the Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA). Mr. Kahn has a distinguished career as a professional staff member on Capitol Hill specializing in health policy issues. He has served as Staff Director for the Health subcommittee of the House Ways and Means Committee. On this committee, his efforts helped form the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Medicare provisions of the 1997 Balanced Budget Act. Mr. Kahn later served as a senior health policy advisor to former Senator David Durenberger, (R-MN), as well as a legislative assistant of health to former Senator Dan Quayle (R-IN).

Mr. Kahn serves on the Boards and Advisory Committees of various organizations including the University of Michigan’s Economic Research Initiative on the Uninsured, the Partnership for Prevention, the Center for Studying Health Systems Change and the Robert Wood Johnson Health Fellowships Program.

Mr. Kahn teaches health policy at The Johns Hopkins University, George Washington University and Tulane University.

Mr. Kahn received a B.A. degree from The Johns Hopkins University. He also holds a Master of Public Health degree from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, which in 2001 bestowed upon him its prestigious “Champion of Public Health” award. Mr. Kahn is a member of Delta Omega, the honorary society for graduate studies in public health.

Mike Kane is the founder and principal of Kestrel Asset Management, a Philadelphia area investment firm that operates three limited partnership investment funds, including one dedicated to private equity companies.
Mr. Kane is the former Vice President of Kane Is Able, Inc. a third-generation family-owned logistics company based in Scranton, PA. His responsibilities included strategic planning, financial management and corporate governance.

In addition, Mr. Kane is a member of the Leadership Council of PathNorth, a national CEO group; the Business Leaders Network, a Philadelphia CEO group; and the Institute for Private Investors, where he is a member of the advisory faculty.

In 2009, Mr. Lackey joined David Iskowe at EnableComp as CEO. Retiring in 2017, Mr. Lackey remains Chairman of EnableComp. He serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations and was a board member of the Nashville Healthcare Council for eight years.

Bob Yeager served as CEO of PharmMD from 2013 until February 2018. Prior to PharmMD, Mr. Yeager co-founded and served as CEO of American Pathology Partners (APP) and has over 40 years of experience in healthcare services.

Prior to APP, Mr. Yeager was Chairman of Attentus Healthcare Company, an operator of rural acute care hospitals, which he co-founded. Mr. Yeager’s history also includes roles as President and CEO of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation, and he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Quorum Health Group.

Mr. Yeager has a long history of sitting on advisory boards for various for-profit and non-profit organizations and recently joined the board of Addiction Campuses in Brentwood, TN.
