PharmMD 2011 MTM Industry Trend Report

MTM was initiated in 2003 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a medication program for Medicare Part D eligible beneficiaries. Since then, MTM has expanded into three key health market segments: Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial/self-insured health insurance plans.
